What we are looking for:
Our commercial team is looking for an (Internship) Sales Support Coordinator to successfully coordinate the delivery of our products to our customers. This role will report to the Commercial Director. The job is located at our office in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

Yourrole:
You will assist the Commercial Director in all day-to-day activities. You will assist with preparations for sales meetings with clients and will help keep the sales portals updated for reporting purposes. You will play a key role in the after sales funnel, documenting the deals and helping to set-up the legal and finance structure for new clients and new projects. You will become a main point of contact for the commercial team for various internal teams (development, management, legal, finance). You will identify the need for new product features by actively scouting for best software development practices and reporting these internally to influence the Product Roadmap to keep our product top of the line. You will help to provide reports on client performance to finance and management departments. You will help the Commercial Director and CEO to set-up the expanding commercial department to take the company to the next level.
Job requirements:
· HBO CE (Commercial Economics), Sales & Marketing.
· Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
· Knowledge of MS Teams, Out look and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Proactive and quick learner.
· Accurate.
· Willingness to interact directly with customers and partners with various cultural backgrounds.
· Affinity with technology, PaaS/SaaS solutions.
· Affinity with Media and Entertainment, Video-On-Demand.

Our commercial team is looking for an experienced International Account Manager to successfully coordinate the delivery of our products to our customers. This role will report to the Commercial Director. The job is located at our office in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

Your role:
You will become the first point of contact for the commercial team for multiple clients and various internal teams (development, management, legal, finance) as soon as the clients have signed on. You will work closely with the development team and the clients to work out the final scope of work and guide the process to deliver the product in the time frame and budget agreed upon. You will build strong customer relationships and communicate on various client management levels. You will be accountable for customer satisfaction and serve as the spokesperson for the client within our company and champion their project(s) across the entire organization. You will identify upsell opportunities with the client by consulting directly with clients on business goals and strategy and will be in charge of monetizing these upsell opportunities. You will identify the need for new product features by consulting with clients on best software development practices and reporting these internally to influence the Product Roadmap to keep our product top of the line. You will respond to incidents submitted by clients, manage the actions that need to be taken, and escalate internally if appropriate. You will provide reports on client performance to finance and management departments. You will assist the Commercial Director in day-to-day activities and work closely with the Commercial Director and the CEO to take TV2Z and the commercial department to the next level, simultaneously co-creating your growth path within TV2Z.

Responsibilities:
· Creating test documentation, test plans/strategies, test suites, and test cases
· Developing a test automation framework from scratch
· Integration testing (have a broad view of the application, architecture, and system integrations)

Requirements:
· 1 - 2 years of QA experience within software development, including working with project teams
· Heavy experience with API testing using including a solid understanding of error codes
· Utilizing browser development tools, REST Console, Selenium and JMeter, experience of working in web and mobile app testing frameworks

· Thorough understanding of SDLC & STLC.
